A delicately sparkling delight made from fruity frizzante with fresh juice of our aromatic organic grapes. Naturally light, with a delicate sweetness and only 6% alcohol by volume.

We too can see the trend towards lighter products with less alcohol. However, while many other companies rely on technical dealcoholization, we believe that the energy and water consumption required for this is not compatible with a sustainable economy. That’s why we created our fresh and fruity Just Six. Because alcohol that is not produced during fermentation does not have to be laboriously removed afterwards. And it even tastes good!

Tasting notes

The JUST SIX is light yet highly aromatic in the glass. Fine, fragrant, tangy notes of a frizzante combine with the sweet raw fruit of fresh grapes. A completely new taste experience.

Food suggestion

JUST SIX is refreshingly sparkling, ideal for hot summer days or as an aperitif to get the evening off to a tingling start.

Ageing potential

Best to drink chilled and within one to two years after bottling.
